Paula Burgin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned a Master of Nursing (MSN) from the University of Florida in 2017. Her experience as a Registered Nurse contributes to her comprehensive approach in her current role as a Nurse Practitioner.
Paula is passionate about women's health and strives to provide high-quality, holistic care to women of all ages across their lifetime. She believes in creating an open environment where her patients feel comfortable and at ease expressing their concerns and approaches their problems with knowledge and compassion.
She is a US Army Veteran and is active in her community AMVETS and VFW Post; she is currently serving as the AMVETS Commander of Post 1208 in Salt Springs. She and her husband returned to our area in 2020 where they reside in their forever home in the Ocala National Forest. Outside work she can usually be found enjoying time outdoors, relaxing on the boat, and cooking for family and friends.

Also, if you are seeking a new Insurance policy for next year and need to verify if Dr. DelCharco, Jr. participates in the plan you may be interested in, verify that “Florida Woman Care” is part of the participating list because Dr. DelCharco, Jr. participates under this group name. Our Weight loss and 4D Ultrasound procedures and treatments are typically NOT covered by most Insurances.
