1. I politely had to ask not to greet me in the lobby with "Oh you are here to loose weight!"
2. The office must have been dealing with issues because my appointment started 25 minutes later than scheduled after I was put in a room.
3. I also left with a prescription for the wrong medicine. I realized it walking into the pharmacy across town. Had to then contact your office about getting the correct prescription.

Administrative staff was friendly and efficient. Was brought into examining room prior to appointment time. Had to wait only a few minutes to see Megan. Check out what is simple and equally as efficient.

I have been seeing Meghan for a little over 3 months for weight loss and have lost 20lbs. Even though I had a rough month this last month and my weight stayed the same she was very encouraging! She cares about her patients and listens to their concerns and needs. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends!

The point of my meeting was to let it be known that I didn't understand the conversation with attitude, professional it was not. I had not been on any other medicine and in my line of worked, you should never assume.
Working for large Ins. Co. with Commercial Line Policies Underwriters for 50 states. I should know better, I would not be in my medical status, because the Vesicare 5mg, I had been on from samples from your office and the script was on Tri-Care records and then was cancelled. In my 23 years of not being able to work due to my medical issues. I'm a very direct person and won't hesitate to question when I feel there should be an explanation for what ever the problem is. I'm a very patient and polite person, which I treat everyone the same, just as I want to be. I have high expectations of the correct medicine working and don't expect there to be any more issues. I, also learned from the insurance business you CYA!!!! I thank you for your time in this matter, I do believe you didn't see my side about being on the wrong medicine, because your office gave me 4 weeks of samples and it worked, so why would another medicine which was not in my records given to me?

Our Weight loss and 4D Ultrasound procedures and treatments are typically NOT covered by most Insurances.
